Sullivan Realty Services, a full-service firm with more than 40 years of experience serving clients in Greater Worcester, is pleased to announce an innovative program that will save Massachusetts Homeowners thousands of dollars while participating in the selling process.
The One Percent Listing Fee Program connects sellers with potential buyers, buyers’ agents, appraisers and home inspectors – all for a 1% commission.
“We are extremely happy to introduce this program in Worcester,” said Paul K. Sullivan, owner of Sullivan Realty Services. “It helps fulfill our goal of providing our clients with the broadest array of services while saving them money.”
When Homeowners use the One Percent Listing Fee Program, Sullivan Realty Services will post your home in Multiple Listing Service, which triggers other, related sites.
“We direct interested parties to contact our office as we qualify and assess their level of interest, and then we contact the Homeowner, who is able to set their own appointments at a time that is good for them!” Sullivan said.
Massachusetts Homeowners who participate in this innovative new approach to selling your home will save thousands in listing fees by assuming some of the duties required in selling your home.
Traditional listing fees are around 6%, Sullivan said. With the One Percent Listing Fee Program, sellers could save as much as $30,000 on a home worth $600,000.
