Courthouse Lofts, the $55 million project to convert the former Worcester County Courthouse into 118 mixed-incomes apartments, is now leasing its one-bedroom apartments.
A month ago, on Nov. 18, Courthouse Lofts announced it was leasing its one-bedroom apartments.
The one-bedroom units are available beginning at $1,750 per month, with income and eligibility requirements.
Courthouse lofts posted a video inside a one-bedroom unit on Dec. 10.
On Tuesday, Courthouse Lofts posted a video of the view from the top.
