A popular Worcester bakery is getting into the Super Bowl spirit with a Patriots-themed promotion and a cake giveaway running through the weekend.
From now until kickoff Sunday, customers who wear New England Patriots gear will receive a free hot coffee with any purchase at the Bean Counter Bakery Cafe.
The bakery is also holding an in-store raffle for a Patriots-themed Super Bowl cake, with entries accepted through 7 p.m. Saturday, February 7th. There is no purchase necessary to enter.
The giveaway cake will be a chocolate cake with vanilla buttercream, decorated as shown and topped with an edible Rice Krispies treat football. The raffle winner must pick up the cake on Sunday. No substitutions or cash value are offered.
The promotion was announced by the bakery on social media ahead of the Super Bowl weekend.
