Mass. State Lottery
WORCESTER — Pany Phonyotha of Worcester has won a $1 million prize in the Mass. State Lottery’s “Diamond Deluxe” instant ticket game.
Phonyotha chose the cash option and received a 1-time payment of $650,000 before taxes, according to lottery. She plans to open a small business with the winnings.
The winning ticket was purchased at Star Pizza & Variety, 1280 Grafton Street in Worcester. The store will receive a $10,000 bonus for selling the ticket.
