Mass. State Lottery
John Brennan of Rochdale won $1 million on the Mass. State Lottery's “$4,000,000 Platinum Jackpot” scratch ticket.
The prize was the sixth and final $1 million prize in that game.
Brennan chose the cash option on his prize and received a 1-time payment of $650,000 (before taxes).
He bought his winning ticket at Daily Convenience, 714 Southbridge St. in Auburn. The store will receive a $10,000 bonus for its sale of this ticket.
