Local restaurant to appear on Channel 5's "Chronicle"

    The Fix Burger Bar is set to appear on Channel 5's "Chronicle" on Wednesday, according to a statement the restaurant posted on Facebook on Tuesday.

    "We're ready for our close up! Tune in to @chronicle5 tomorrow night (Wednesday, Nov. 2nd) at 7:30pm on WCVB Channel 5 to see why fans voted The Fix as one of their favorite burger spots in Massachusetts!" the post reads.

    "Chronicle" confirmed there will be a segment on burgers on Wednesday. "Where’s the best place to score a burger? According to our informal poll of Chronicle viewers, it’s your own kitchen! Since we can’t visit you all at home, we set out to find in-demand burgers around the state," reads on article teasing the segment. 

    "We hit a couple of “viewers’ choice” options west of Boston," according to the article.

    The Fix is taking the mention in stride, writing it's "proud to be mentioned alongside all the other great spots featured in the segment. Look mom, we made it!"

    The Fix was launched in Worcester. It also has locations in Marlborough and Leominster.
