One of Worcester's most recognizable diners is inviting the community to celebrate a milestone with a day of 90-cent menu items, music and festivities.
The Boulevard Diner recently announced on social media that it will celebrate its 90th anniversary on Tuesday, July 14th, with a community party from 9 a.m. to 6 p.m. The diner said it is marking the occasion as a thank-you to the customers who have supported the business over the past 9 decades.
To honor its 90 years in business, the diner will offer a limited menu, with most featured items priced at 90 cents. The special menu is expected to include burgers, hot dogs, pasta, eggs, pancakes, breakfast sandwiches and other favorites.
The anniversary celebration will also feature music, raffles, special 90th anniversary Boulevard Diner T-shirts and other activities throughout the day.
In its announcement, the diner thanked the community for helping it reach the milestone, saying its longevity has been possible because of the support of generations of customers.
