A sign was on the restaurant's door on Tuesday evening. It reads: "Thank you for your patronage!

"Our Worcester restaurant on East Central Street is closing for business.
"Our last day will be Saturday, November 21st".

Other locations at 50 Southwest Cutoff and 900 West Boylston St. are remaining open.

NBC Boston broke the news that the chain would close restaurants in Braintree and Concord. This was based on posts in the private Facebook group Friends of Boston's Hidden Restaurants. The story also suggested the downtown Worcester location would also close.

The site at 11 East Central St. was formerly the home of the Aku Aku Islander.
