    UPDATED 12:30 a.m. Monday, July 5th: The Fourth of July is also prime time for Worcester area restaurants and eateries to close for the holiday or take a vacation.

    Here’s a list of those restaurants that have announced they will be closed for the holiday weekend or longer:

    The Banner Bar and Grille: Closed July 4th through July 8th, reopening Friday, July 9th
