Seven Saws, started in 2017 by 4 friends "with the shared goal of creating great beer and a vibrant community space in Holden," according to its Facebook page, built the brew house in the Holden Industrial Park, at 112 Industrial Drive.

The side entrance is the main entrance to the taproom.

The brew house's Opening Day ran from noon-9 p.m. Saturday and generated a large and enthusiastic crowd.

Food options ranged from Mrs. Moriconi’s Ice Cream to food from the Sabor Latino Food Truck and Boys Scouts from Troop 180 in Holden selling hot dogs, burgers and grilled cheese.

The music was covered by Pete & Steve and John Gauvin.

The Opening Weekend continues noon-6 p.m. Sunday. Food will be served by Big Ts Food Truck and Mrs. Moriconi’s Ice Cream. The Hit the Bus Duo plays 2-5 p.m.

The seating area of the taproom offers plenty of tables and has views of the brewing equipment.

The tap room opens to the patio area at the back of the brew house. The space is large, has plenty of room for standing or sitting, and offers room on the grass for games such as corn hole.
