WORCESTER — A mainstay of Worcester’s Millbury Street nightlife is hitting the market.
Three G’s Sports Bar, a neighborhood favorite since 1989, is up for sale with an asking price of $200,000, according to a Facebook post Wednesday morning.
The longtime Green Island watering hole is known for its laid-back atmosphere, affordable drinks, and lineup of live entertainment, including bands, karaoke, comedy shows, trivia and UFC pay-per-view fights.

The sale includes the bar’s full inventory, furniture, and kitchen and bar equipment inside a 2,400-square-foot retail space, plus an equal-sized basement for storage and office space at 152 Millbury Street. The venue comes equipped with a Square point-of-sale system, security cameras, a walk-in cooler, beer lines, dart boards, a pool table and a fully outfitted kitchen.
"In addition to the business itself, the social media pages, website, and marketing materials will all be included with the sale of the business," the post reads.
Despite the transition, Three G’s remains open for business and will continue operating while the owner searches for a buyer. Seller financing may be available, according to the post.
Owner Mike, who is stepping away from the food and beverage industry, is seeking a new proprietor to take over the bar’s legacy. Serious inquiries can be directed to Mike@3GsSportsBar.com.
