    Through Christmas Eve, shoppers can pick up 1-liter bottles of Polar Seltzer Water for just 67 cents in any flavor, a limited-time promotion that brings one of the year’s most recognizable online moments into stores across the Northeast.

    The deal nods to the “6 7” phenomenon that swept social media in 2025, earning widespread attention — and even a spot as Dictionary.com’s Word of the Year — despite its famously elusive meaning. Stop & Shop and Polar leaned into the moment with a social video announcing the promotion, translating internet buzz into a value shoppers can instantly appreciate.

    “Whether you fully understand ‘6 7’ or not, everyone understands a great deal, especially during the holidays,” said Lee Nicholson, executive vice president and chief merchant at Stop & Shop.

    The 1-liter bottles are available in a wide range of flavors, including Black Cherry, Ruby Red Grapefruit, Premium Lemon and Vanilla.     The promotion also highlights a hometown connection. Both Stop & Shop and Polar Beverages are Massachusetts-based companies with long ties to New England communities.
