Wicked Wing Co., a restaurant at 321 West Boylston Street in Worcester, is under new management.
The restaurant announced the change in a Facebook post on Sunday in which it also announced it was closed for the day.
"[A]s of 8/1/22, Wicked Wings will be under new management!" the post reads. "The restaurant will continue to remain open Wednesday through Sunday moving forward. Hours of operation will be changing soon (longer hours) to accommodate customers! Please bare with us during this transition."
"ONLY soda beverages will be sold for the time being. Thank you for your cooperation and understanding!"
Brothers Andrew and Nicholas Norton opened Wicked Wings in September 2015.
The restaurant earned wide acclaim, and was featured on "Phantom Gourmet" twice, most recently in March. The 8-minute segment has been viewed 14,000 times on Facebook.
The Phantom aired its first segment on Wicked Wings in December 2018.
