Pot shop planned next to one of Worcester's most popular breakfast spots
Trichome Health Corp. is seeking Planning Board approval this week to establish a recreational marijuana shop at 64 West Boylston St., according to a legal notice.
The store would occupy the same building as the popular Gold Star Restaurant, which is at 68 West Boylston St.
As part of the application, Trichome says the current parking area would be reconfigured and expanded to hold about 34 cars.
The public hearing will be held at 5:30 p.m. Wednesday, May 15 in the Levi Lincoln Chamber, 3rd floor, City Hall, 455 Main St.
