Worcester - On the evening of January 28th, Worcester Police responded to a report of a gunshot victim on Merrifield Street.
Officers found a 54-year-old man with non-life-threatening gunshot injuries. Paramedics took him to the hospital.
The Worcester Police Detective Bureau is now investigating the incident. They are urging anyone with information about this incident to come forward and help with their investigation. Tips can be submitted anonymously through text message by sending a message to 274637 TIPWPD, through the Worcester Police website at worcesterma.gov/police, or by calling the Worcester Police Detective Bureau at (508) 799-8651.
