4 indicted in December murder on Dorchester Street in Worcester

  • WORCESTER — 4 men were arraigned Monday on murder charges following their indictment by a Worcester County Grand Jury in connection with a fatal December shooting on Dorchester Street, according to District Attorney Joseph D. Early Jr.

    Adrian Rodriguez, 33, of Fitchburg; Darius Perkins, 21, of Worcester; Dylan Driscoll, 19; and Jorge Rolon, 17, of Fitchburg, were each charged with murder in the Dec. 16, 2024, death of 28-year-old Obed Addow of Worcester.

    Driscoll, Perkins and Rolon also face charges of possession of a loaded gun, possession of a gun, and possession of ammunition without an FID card.

    All 4 defendants were ordered held without bail. Their next court appearance is scheduled for May 2nd.

    Police responded to 58 Dorchester Street around 2:30 a.m. on December 16th for a report of gunfire and found Addow inside a vehicle with multiple gunshot wounds. He was later pronounced dead.

    Rodriguez, Perkins and Rolon were arrested December 22nd in Fitchburg. Driscoll was arrested the same day in New Jersey.

    Rolon, initially charged in Juvenile Court, was later arraigned in Worcester Central District Court on December 30th. The others were arraigned on January 3rd and have remained in custody since.
