The Worcester Police Department is asking for the public’s help identifying a man suspected of breaking into a vehicle on Wheeler Avenue and stealing a wallet.
According to a Wednesday morning release from police, the incident occurred on April 17th. Investigators say the man stole a wallet from the car and later used credit cards from inside the wallet to make purchases at 2 Worcester businesses.
Police released a photo of the suspect and are asking anyone who recognizes him or has information about the case to contact the Worcester Police Detective Bureau at 508-799-8651.
Anonymous tips can also be submitted by texting the keyword TIPWPD to CRIMES (274637).
