Body found in Auburn High School driveway

    Early Sunday morning, fire personnel were called to Auburn High School for a report of an unresponsive man found on a driveway. 

    Paramedics declared the man dead at the scene. The area around the school was closed until late morning, but has since been reopened.

    The Auburn Police Department, along with State Police Detectives from the Worcester County District Attorney’s Office, are investigating the unattended death. The victim has not yet been identified, and no further details about the cause of death have been released.

    However, authorities say there is no risk to the public. The investigation is ongoing, and anyone with information about the incident is encouraged to contact the Auburn Police Department or the Worcester County District Attorney’s Office.
