WORCESTER — A 38-year-old Worcester man is under arrest after allegedly slashing his neighbor's throat with a knife during a fight on Saturday morning.
Worcester police officers responded to a distress call about a neighborhood altercation on June Street. The incident, reported shortly after 10, involved a man who had sustained a throat laceration.
Officers found the injured man, who said he had been attacked with a knife during an argument with a neighbor. The suspect, identified as Kenneth Benson, was located in his nearby apartment and apprehended without resistance.
