Union Station bus access will be redirected today

  • WORCESTER – Due to a crane lift scheduled for Tuesday, Nov. 5 at Union Station, all foot traffic for bus access (WRTA/Peter Pan/Amtrak/etc.) will be directed through the front of the building and to the left.

If commuters are arriving out front, buses will be to the right. Signs and a police detail will be present to direct commuters.

Pedestrian traffic will use the front entrance/exit of Union Station to get to the WRTA bus station or the commuter bus station for Peter Pan, Greyhound, and Amtrak buses. People leaving the bus station and entering Union Station will follow the same path at the front entrance.

There will be no access to Harding Street and people will be diverted to use the parking garage access tunnel to Franklin and Harding streets.
