HOLDEN — Holden police are seeking the public’s assistance in identifying a suspect involved in a recent package theft believed to be targeting cellphone deliveries.
According to a statement from the Holden Police Department, the suspect is reportedly tracking and monitoring the delivery of cellphones. The incident took place Wednesday, though specific details about the theft’s location were not immediately provided.
Authorities urge residents expecting cellphone deliveries to either be home when the package arrives or have it shipped to a secure location for pickup.

Police have released photos of the suspect and a black Mercedes sedan with tinted windows and no front license plate, believed to be involved in the theft.
Anyone with information about the suspect or vehicle is asked to contact Holden Police detectives at 508-210-5613.
No further details were available as the investigation is ongoing.
