Popular Worcester restaurant cancels Mother’s Day brunch, cites lack of staff and product

A popular Worcester restaurant announced on Wednesday afternoon that it was canceling its Mother’s Day brunch buffet because of shortages of food and staff.
Zorba’s Taverna, which is at 97 Stafford Street in Worcester, posted the notice on Facebook at 5:16 p.m. Wednesday.
“We regret to inform everyone that due to a lack of product and staffing shortages we are forced to Cancel our Mothers Day Brunch. We apologize for any inconvenience. We hope to be able to host you all next year.”
