Four years after the business closed, the home of the former Widoff's Bakery on Water Street is being transformed.
We're now catching a glimpse of what's to come.
As renovations continue, one business recently sought and was granted a liquor license for the property.
At Thursday's meeting of the License Commission, One Zo, a teahouse owned by Moonchie Teahouse LLC, was granted a liquor license for the property, specifically 129 Water St.

A teahouse will move into the former Widoff's Bakery on Water Street, which is being renovated.
Moonchie Teahouse LLC is owned by James Ta of Worcester.
Widoff's Bakery closed in July 2015. That month, Bay State Investment Fund, owned by Edward Murphy, purchased the property for $550,000 plus the assumption of a previous $450,000 mortgage, according to an article on GoLocalWorcester.com.
It does not appear the teahouse will open soon.
While much work has been done of the outside of the building, the interior is still being renovated with walls being erected.
