The bar on the corner of Park Ave. and May Street is about to change hands again.
An item on the agenda for the Worcester License Commission’s meeting this morning (http://www.worcesterma.gov/agendas-minutes/boards-commissions/license-commission/2020/20200305.pdf) seeks to transfer the liquor license of Pregame on Park, 413 Park Ave.
Cowboy Property Management LLC is asking the License Commission to transfer the general on premises all alcohol license and is requesting common victualer and entertainment licenses.
Cowboy Property Management is owned by Worcester resident Elizabeth Purdy, according to records on file with the Secretary of the Commonwealth’s office. (http://corp.sec.state.ma.us/CorpWeb/CorpSearch/CorpSummary.aspx?FEIN=001420361&SEARCH_TYPE=1)

Brewski's owner Stacey Blanchette purchased the former Mahoney's in late 2017.
Mahoney's was sold after an troubling series of events that included a 16-day suspension for underage drinking and multiple instances of overcrowding (https://www.worcestermag.com/2016/10/27/mahoneys-pub-suspended-16-days-latest-violation). In 2017, a loaded pistol was found in the bathroom (https://www.telegram.com/news/20170605/loaded-pistol-found-in-mahoneys-pub-in-worcester-2-men-arrested).
